ProRDP policy

Terms of Service

The conditions for ordering, accessing, and responsibly using ProRDP Windows remote desktop services.

This starter policy is provided for general informational purposes and is not professional legal advice. It should be reviewed by a qualified legal professional before commercial launch.

Effective date: July 22, 2026

01Agreement and scope

These Terms of Service apply when you visit prordp.shop, place an order, contact support, or use a ProRDP remote desktop service. By ordering or using a service, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms and the linked policies.

02Service description

ProRDP offers remotely accessible Windows environments in the plans shown on the website. Plan resources describe the intended allocation. Requested server locations, Windows versions, setup options, and activation timing are subject to availability and technical compatibility.

03Customer information

You must provide accurate contact, order, and payment-reference information. Telegram username is required for support communication. Never submit wallet private keys, seed phrases, account passwords, API secrets, or other secret credentials through the website or support.

04Orders and payments

Accepted methods are USDT through the BEP20 network and Binance internal payment to the published Binance ID. You are responsible for verifying the method, network, destination, and amount before sending.

Submitting checkout information does not prove payment and does not create an automatic approval. Every payment is manually verified. The static fallback prepares an order in the browser and does not claim that it was saved to a database.

05Provisioning and delivery

Server configuration begins only after payment confirmation. Credentials are delivered through Telegram or email after configuration. Delivery estimates, if discussed, are estimates rather than guaranteed deadlines. Customers must promptly secure and responsibly use delivered credentials.

06Acceptable use

You must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy. ProRDP may suspend or terminate a service reasonably believed to be involved in spam, phishing, malware, fraud, unauthorized access, network attacks, copyright infringement, abuse, or illegal activity.

07Service security and availability

You are responsible for software you install, data you place on the server, and the security of your login details. Keep independent backups of important data. Website dashboard status and uptime visuals are demonstrations unless explicitly connected to a real monitoring source; they are not live measurements or guarantees.

08Suspension and termination

Service may be suspended or terminated for policy violations, non-payment, payment reversal, material security risk, harmful network activity, legal requirements, or conduct that threatens the service or third parties. Where practical and safe, support may request corrective action first.

09Refunds

Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund Policy. Digital infrastructure costs may be incurred as soon as provisioning begins, and blockchain transfers through an incorrect network may be unrecoverable.

10Disclaimers and responsibility

Services are provided on an available basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. ProRDP does not promise that every application, workload, location, or Windows preference will be compatible. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.

11Changes and contact

These terms may be updated as the service changes. The effective date will identify the current starter version. Questions or concerns should be sent to ProRDP support on @Theytproo before ordering.

Questions about this policy can be sent to @Theytproo.
