Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy protects ProRDP, customers, infrastructure providers, networks, and third parties. You are responsible for all activity performed through your service, including activity by anyone who gains access through credentials you control.

You may not send unsolicited bulk messages, operate spam services, harvest contact details, evade sending limits, distribute misleading promotions, or provide infrastructure that facilitates spam or abusive communications.

You may not create or host phishing pages, impersonate another person or organization, collect credentials without authorization, steal authentication tokens, distribute deceptive login prompts, or possess credentials obtained through theft or fraud.

You may not create, host, execute, distribute, or control malware, ransomware, spyware, cryptojackers, destructive code, command-and-control systems, botnets, or software intended to compromise systems without explicit authorization.

You may not access or attempt to access accounts, systems, data, networks, or devices without permission. Credential stuffing, password spraying, unauthorized scanning, exploit attempts, privilege escalation, and bypassing access controls are prohibited.

You may not use the service for payment fraud, identity fraud, account takeover, fake storefronts, deceptive schemes, money laundering, evasion of sanctions, or any attempt to obtain goods, funds, information, or access dishonestly.

You may not conduct denial-of-service attacks, distributed attacks, traffic flooding, malicious packet generation, interception, spoofing, unauthorized stress testing, vulnerability exploitation, or deliberate disruption of any network or service.

You may not knowingly store, share, stream, reproduce, or distribute content in violation of copyright, trademark, software licensing, or other intellectual-property rights. Valid complaints may be investigated and affected material or services may be restricted.

You may not violate third-party platform rules, automate abusive registrations or interactions, evade technical restrictions, scrape unlawfully, consume resources in a harmful manner, or use ProRDP to conceal abuse directed at another provider.

You may not use the service for illegal activity, threats, harassment, exploitation, trafficking, distribution of unlawful material, facilitation of violence, or activity that creates a substantial risk to people, property, systems, or public safety.

• Use strong, unique credentials and protect them from disclosure.
• Install security updates and configure customer-managed software responsibly.
• Do not disable safeguards in order to facilitate prohibited conduct.
• Notify @Theytproo promptly if credentials or the server may be compromised.
• Cooperate with reasonable abuse and security investigations.

Suspected violations may be investigated. ProRDP may limit, isolate, suspend, or terminate a violating service, preserve relevant records, notify an infrastructure provider, or respond to a lawful request. Urgent action may be taken without advance notice when needed to stop harm or protect systems and third parties.

Report suspected abuse to @Theytproo with the relevant IP address, timestamp, description, and supporting non-secret evidence. Do not publicly post personal data or sensitive security information.
